Find A Conversation Tutor
It's a given that practicing talking can make you better at talking. Yet, it’s the skill that many English learners practice the least. Some think that watching youtube or using a language learning app is enough to improve their English speaking ability.

Sure, it may help but it's definitely not going to be enough.
Learning at home on your computer is great, but to practice speaking, you need humans. Conversation practice enables language learners to fully understand their acquired knowledge by assimilating various cognitive skills to produce oral communication. It is important to note that a good balance of listening and speaking is the key to effectively learn the language. Listening, is important not just to answer questions but also to understand the culture behind the language and be able to ask follow up questions, which is the natural flow of conversations.
Find a conversation tutor who can guide you through concepts and focus on improving your language skills. Find someone who is conversational, approachable, friendly and experienced. Many online ESL sites provide free trials. Use those free lessons to get to know their tutors and corresponding course plans. Remember that not all native speakers make good tutors and there are many non-native English speakers who are excellent tutors. Choose wisely.
Immerse Yourself In The Language
Worry not if living in an English-speaking country is not an option at the moment. Immersing in the language simply means absorbing all that you can in English through different proven methods.

Watch movies, TV shows and youtube videos. Through these activities you are able to hear and understand spoken English fully. Also, seeing how certain words and phrases are used in a story context will help you to remember and memorize them faster.
Listen to podcasts, talk shows and songs. It's a convenient way to learn English as you can listen to them anywhere, and pause or rewind them whenever you like. It also allows you to improve your listening comprehension of both common and complex phrases or expressions.
Read books and articles. Reading allows students to see grammatically correct sentences in context. Based on a study, not only that it develops your vocabulary, but it also improves your overall language competence.
Think in English. Thinking directly in English a skill that you can practice and develop at any level. Start by thinking in individual words. You may do this in the morning or as soon as you wake up -- "stretching", "toothbrush", "breakfast", etc. Then, think in complete sentences and functional English. You may do this on your way home from work -- "It was a long day today.", "I'd love to have a cold drink later.", or "Traffic is unusually crazy today."
Learning English can be very challenging at first but it does get easier as you practice it everyday. Remember to vary up the ways to immerse yourself in the language to make learning fun and interesting. Practice with someone who can speak and teach the language well.
